Hearing for three defendants charged with the murder of Fallbrook Marine wife Brittany Killgore delayed until Dec. 3

The preliminary hearing for the three defendants charged with first degree murder in the death of Marine wife Brittany Killgore of Fallbrook was postponed Tuesday, Aug. 21 at Vista Superior Court. The new hearing date issued by Judge K. Michael Kirkman is Monday, Dec. 3.

Jessica Lynn Lopez, 25, Dorothy Maraglino, 37, and Marine Sgt. Louis Perez, 46, who are charged with the April 13 death of 22-year-old Killgore, all appeared before the judge Tuesday and entered pleas of not guilty.
