FALLBROOK – After more than five years of negotiations, the Fallbrook Land Conservancy (FLC) has acquired 184 acres of prime open space in the De Luz area. The property, which closed escrow on Aug. 14, was the product of a joint venture between the FLC, Donald and Margaret “Peggy” Durling, and the Department of the Navy through its Camp Pendleton “Buffer” Project.
