First scarecrow is named for upcoming Scarecrow Days

FALLBROOK – The first scarecrow built for the upcoming Fallbrook Scarecrow Days has an official name. Suggestions were collected in the Fallbrook Chamber Of Commerce office, where the scarecrow is hanging out right now. The winning name, Farmer Haas Reed, came from Fallbrook Honorary Mayor Lila MacDonald and is certainly a fitting Fallbrook title.
