Hearing postponed for Temecula man accused of killing goat at Fallbrook High while attempting to steal it

VISTA - A preliminary hearing for a Temecula man accused of killing a goat while trying to steal it and another goat from Fallbrook High School's agricultural department was postponed today until Oct. 2.

Bryce Zubicki, 23, was arrested in July and linked to the June 15, 2011, crime by DNA evidence found at the scene. At the time, authorities said Zubicki had been convicted of a felony, but declined to say what it was.
