Hearing Postponed for Man Accused of Killing Woman and Kids

RIVERSIDE - With his health still at risk, arraignment was postponed today for a man accused of fatally stabbing his ex-girlfriend and her two young children, then fleeing from police, who shot him.

Twenty-three-year-old Selvin Chajon Rodriguez could be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, or death -- should prosecutors choose to seek it -- if convicted in the Aug. 30 slayings of 25-year-old Laura Reveriano, her 4-year-old son, Selvin Chajon Reveriano, and 19-month-old daughter, Emily Chajon Reveriano.
