CTFMA fundraiser garners about $5,000

The California Thoroughbred Farm Managers Association (CTFMA) annual “Dine with the Stallions” fundraiser brought in approximately $5,000 this year.

Two 2012-13 high school seniors will receive $1,250 scholarships to Cal Poly Pomona while approximately $2,500 will be given to equine charities including research foundations and equine rescue programs.

“We were real pleased with it,” said CTFMA president Bob Curtis, whose Curtis Racing farm is in Bonsall.
