FALLBROOK - La Caseta Mexican Restaurant is now celebrating its 29th anniversary in business. Established in 1983, the restaurant was purchased in 1991 by Delos W. Eyer.
Being a popular local eatery for so long, Eyer said he is now seeing the “next generation.”
“We have been around so long that the children who used to come to La Caseta and the teenagers that used to work here are now bringing their children here,” he said. It is undoubtedly because everyone appreciates the delicious food and full bar service available.
