Also serving the communities of De Luz, Rainbow, Camp Pendleton, Pala and Pauma
We, the Fallbrook Citizens’ Crime Prevention Committee (FCCPC), appreciate the article that Debbie Ramsey included in last week’s (Sept. 13, 2012) Village News regarding the increased crime rates in our area.
The FCCPC will be addressing this topic in our crime prevention seminar to be held on Wednesday, Sept. 26, at the Fallbrook Library community room, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Our speakers will be Lt. Todd Richardson, Fallbrook Sheriff Substation’s new commander and Sgt. Joe Montion, senior administrator of deputies and detectives. We hope the community will take advantage of this opportunity to meet and talk with our new commander.
Lt. Richardson will be discussing the impact that Assembly Bill 109 (prisoner realignment) has on the crime rate in our community. Sgt. Montion will be updating us on the latest crime trends and gang activity. Both will be available to answer any questions and listen to your concerns.
