Arraignment Postponed a Week for Man Accused of Killing Woman, Kids

RIVERSIDE - Because he is still not recovered from his wounds, arraignment was postponed today for a man accused of fatally stabbing his ex- girlfriend and her two young children, then fleeing from police, who shot him.

Selvin Chajon Rodriguez, 23, could be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole or the death penalty if convicted in the Aug. 30 slayings of 25-year-old Laura Reveriano, her 4-year-old son, Selvin Chajon Reveriano, and 19-month-old daughter, Emily Chajon Reveriano.
