MENIFEE - Surveillance photos of a man who robbed a Menifee bank were released today in the hope that someone might be able to identify him.
The robbery occurred around 1:30 p.m. Thursday at a Bank of America branch at 26800 Cherry Hills Blvd. A man walked into the bank and presented a note to a teller demanding cash, which she willingly handed over, sheriff's officials said. The amount was not disclosed.
The suspect made his getaway in a gray pickup truck whose driver was waiting for him in the parking lot.
The robber is Hispanic, about 5-foot-8, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black baseball cap with a ''DC'' logo on the left front side, an orange-and-yellow road worker safety vest, a gray long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information was asked to call the sheriff's Perris station at (951) 210-1000.
