Five men arrested on charges including commercial burglaries, drugs for sale, more

JURUPA VALLEY (Wire Service) - Five Jurupa Valley men were arrested on various charges that included commercial burglary following a day-long surveillance of several area businesses, a sheriff's sergeant said.

The police action by members of the sheriff's Special Enforcement Team was done Friday, Sept. 28 at several locations in response to the rising number of retail thefts in Jurupa Valley, said Riverside County Sheriff's Sgt. Justin Rowan.

Plain clothes and uniformed sheriff's deputies fanned out to the locations from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and arrested the suspects on a host of alleged offenses...
