I believe it was Tara who worked two or three times on my cheap but much appreciated watch that lasted for many years and I still use because I like it! I see you are closing your shop.

Thank you very much for your tedious work getting the watch strap fastened to the watch. You were so kind to do this for me twice. I knew of no one else who did this kind of work.
