A Doggy Play Date offered Nov. 3

FALLBROOK – On Saturday, Nov. 3, Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary (FAS) and Why Dogs Fly.com present “A Doggy Play Date!” from 11 a.m. till 3 p.m. at the Why Dogs Fly training facility at 304 Calle De La Paloma Lane (off Fallbrook St.). Parking will be available at La Paloma School. Admission will be $10 per adult and dogs; kids under 12 are free.

All dogs must have proof of current shots, be well-behaved, and on a leash at all times. Activities will include a Best Dressed Dog contest, surfboard photo shoot, Frisbee dog demonstrations, fly ball competition, and dog dock diving. Food vendors for hot dogs, street tacos, treats and drinks will be available. Face painting for the kids will be done from noon until 3 p.m. Pet related vendors will also be there and a veterinarian will be available for information on spaying and microchipping.
