I would like to share with residents my knowledge of a candidate for the Fallbrook Public Utility District’s board of directors, Al Gebhart.

Al, a businessman here in Fallbrook, is a numbers guy. His business, Gebhart and Associates, is an investment advisory firm. This says it all. His charge is to scrutinize the investment portfolio of his clients and advise them as to what is a good venture. What better background could there be?
