Birthday party held for jockey

The San Luis Rey Downs Golf Resort was the site of a 95th birthday party for Joseph Mosbacher, who was both a trainer and a workout clocker at the San Luis Rey Downs Training Center and was also a jockey and a jockey’s agent during his 75-year equestrian career.

“It was one of the best parties I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize I had so many friends,” Mosbacher said.
