Parkinson's Support Group meets Nov. 14

VISTA – The North County Parkinson’s Support Group will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 10 a.m. to noon at the Gloria McClellan Senior Center, 1400 Vale Terrace Drive, in Vista.

The guest speaker will be Philip Goscienski M.D., author of “Health Secrets of the Stone Age,” on the topic “The Non-Cardiac Benefits of Exercise.”
