Supervisors grant time extension for Morro Hills subdivision

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 Oct. 31 to extend the performance completion date for the infrastructure of a Morro Hills subdivision.

G-Three, LLC, now has until Sept. 24, 2014, to complete the road, water, sewer, and other infrastructure improvements. The homes and other lot improvements themselves do not need to be completed by that date.

The 29.78-acre subdivision is located along Catherine Road about 950 feet east of Sleeping Indian Road and 1,300 feet south of Puerta De Lomas. The Board of Supervisors approved the final map for the project, along with an agreement to...
