FALLBROOK – After 25 years, Robert Penkava turned over ownership of the Le Bistro restaurant in the heart of historic Fallbrook to Dr. Steve and Colleen Aichle. After a bit of sprucing up, Le Bistro will re-open Nov. 29, the Thursday after Thanksgiving. Evening dining will be served starting at 5 p.m.
Dr. Steve Aichle retired after owning and operating Avocado Animal Hospital for 38 years. After one year in retirement, he has been looking for a new challenge.
