WILDOMAR - A gunman threatened to shoot a Wildomar homeowner today when she confronted the suspect about the power saw he had grabbed at a garage sale, a sheriff's deputy said.
No one was hurt during the armed robbery, which was phoned in at 12:16 p.m. The robbery happened at a home in the 3200 block of Crescent Avenue, Riverside County sheriff's Deputy Joshua Morales said.
The robber was described as a blond white man in his 30s who sported a crew cut. He purportedly brandished a gun when the homeowner told him in Spanish that he needed to pay for the tool she saw him take, Morales said.
