CWA vote numbers drop for local water agencies

When the San Diego County Water Authority board approved the 2013 vote entitlement for SDCWA member agencies Nov. 29, the weighted vote for the Rainbow Municipal Water District, the Fallbrook Public Utility District, and Camp Pendleton all decreased from the agencies’ 2012 vote entitlement.

The Rainbow Municipal Water District will have a 4.09 percent share of the CWA weighted vote during calendar year 2013 board meetings. The district had a 4.11 percent share for 2012 meetings.
