FALLBROOK - The Girls U8 Fallbrook Villa F.C team won the prestigious Presidio Cup Tournament after two weeks of inspired play by defeating the San Diego Soccer Club 2 -0 in the tournament finals on December 8. The team only gave up two goals during the tournament and outscored their opponents 9-2.
“The two greatest things about these girls are that they play as a team and always give their best effort,” said Coach Brian Mahoney. “A coach couldn’t ask for anything more. It is a special group of players and parents that came together to end the season the best way possible.”
