A fatal head-on collision between a semi truck and a Honda Civic occurred at about 12:20 p.m. Friday, January 25, on State Route 76 at Gird Road.
The San Diego County Medical Examiner released the identity this morning of the 19-year-old Oceanside woman killed in a head-on collision with a semi on State Route 76 on Friday, January 25. She has been identified as Soraya Hajimoosa.
