SAN DIEGO - Residents in San Diego County valleys are in for another cold night, with frost likely to develop in wind-sheltered areas, forecasters said.
''Where winds remain light, temperatures will fall to near freezing by Tuesday morning,'' according to the National Weather Service. The weather service issued a frost advisory set to go into effect at midnight and extend until 8 a.m. Tuesday.
The frost could damage or kill sensitive plants and crops, and measures should be taken to protect them, according to the NWS.
