Glenn Allen Boren

Glenn Allen Boren was born at home in Rainbow Valley on July 20, 1929. He left this world to join his beloved wife, on March 16, 2013, 100 yards from the place of his birth.

He was born to Jesse Boren and Ida Paine Boren, the next to last of seven children. He attended school at Vallecitos Elementary, and Fallbrook High. In 1947, he went into the United States Army, where he served three years as a military police officer in France and Germany, during the post-WWII American Occupation of Europe.
