Harlan Horn, 81, of Fallbrook, passed away on March 15 from sudden health complications that developed over the past few weeks. Harlan was born on Sept. 21, 1931 in Denmark, Iowa. He spent his early years on his parents’ Des Moines farm along with his seven siblings.
Harlan served in the USMC from1952-54 as a cold weather battalion instructor in California during the Korean War. In ‘56, Harlan planted his roots in Fallbrook.
