This boutique restaurant has not one signature dish, but many. Manuel “Manny” Enriquez, manager, uses recipes that his mother, Maria Refugio de Castillo, collected from exotic culinary regions of México including Guadalajara, Veracruz, Oaxaca and the Yucatan.
“I grew up eating these delicious recipes,” Manny said. “All of our dishes are made from scratch – it is about being proud of what I learned from her.”
