FALLBROOK – Healthy Adventures Foundation and Fallbrook Community Center is offering a Healthy Living Series of free, fun, and educational classes for the whole family. All families in the community of Fallbrook, Bonsall and Rainbow are welcome.
On Tuesday, May 7, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., the topic will be “Stress Management.” In today’s busy world, families often have too much packed into their schedule. Participants can learn how to prioritize, have better time management, and still have time for themselves. Dinner will be provided.
The Fallbrook Healthy Living Series has been made possible by a grant from the Fallbrook Healthcare District. Dinner and educational materials will be prepared by the Healthy Adventures Foundation.
