NCFPD board gives staff authorization to complain to Board of Supervisors about permit process

Any North County Fire Protection District (NCFPD) staff member who complains to the San Diego County Board of Supervisors about the county’s permit process has the authorization to do so from the NCFPD board.

The fire district board voted 5-0 April 23 to direct staff to utilize the Board of Supervisors public comment session to express the district’s displeasure with the permit process if final approval for NCPFD’s Station 5 replacement project has not been received by early May.
