Guacamole win a team effort by Oink and Moo

My name is Jonathan Arbel and I am the owner and chef at Oink and Moo Burgers and BBQ in Fallbrook. I want to start off by saying that I am honored that my guacamole took first place in the Avocado Festival’s Guacamole Contest professional division.

I did, however, want to mention that in the last issue of the Village News, the photographer credited only me and omitted the name of the business, Oink and Moo.
