Historical Society prepares for annual meeting

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Historical Society board members have been finalizing preparations for the society’s annual meeting and program to be held on Saturday, May 18, at the historic Reche School House, 1319 S. Live Oak Park Road (at the corner of Live Oak Park Road and Reche Road) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event includes a brief business meeting, a potluck lunch, and recognition of the society’s two award winners: Neil Rhodes as the Pioneer of the Year and Bill Ahrend as the Vintage Awardee.

Donna Niemeier from the La Mesa Historical Society will be the featured speaker.

The meeting is open to the public and the community is cordially invited to attend
