Live Oak Elementary School supports 'Rock the Test'

FALLBROOK – Students and teachers at Live Oak Elementary school kicked off two weeks of state testing by dressing up to ‘Rock the Test’ for spirit day on Friday, May 3. Students enjoyed a ‘Rock the Test’ assembly which included a Stomp-like drum performance by “The Crew” and a few encouraging words from principal Lillian Perez, dressed in her own rock-n-roll attire.

Students were encouraged to get plenty of sleep, eat a good breakfast in the morning, and bring their best efforts to school during testing. The enthusiasm of the school staff, as well as the students, could be seen in the rocker wigs, fake tattoos, and leather jackets worn by all.
