Chef Sean has created a new, scrumptious summer menu for lunch and dinner with some zesty twists to sizzle the taste buds.

“You asked; we listened,” said the staff, noting that Cherry Crusted Salmon is back by popular demand. The delightful Brown Sugar Smoked Trout Guacamole served with oven-dried tomatoes, hot sauce, and flour tortilla chips is a great treat.

Oysters will be plentiful and served with cocktail sauce, lemon, horseradish and Tabasco.
