IDYLLWILD - Dwindling snow and rainfall levels, and the prospect of yet another dry summer, have prompted fire officials to impose restrictions on the San Bernardino National Forest lands starting Friday, according to the U.S. Forest Service. To avert the risk of brush fires in an already active fire season the fire agency urged travelers and visitors to exercise caution when at the National Forest.
