Motorcyclist suffers moderate injuries on Highway 74 in Mountain Center

MOUNTAIN CENTER - A motorcyclist suffered moderate injuries when he veered into a ditch off Highway 74 west of Mountain Center, according to a county fire department official. Firefighters were dispatched at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday to Highway 74 about the rider, Riverside County Fire Department spokesman Mark Annas said. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital.
