Freaney serving in Afghanistan

Captain Ryan Freaney, third from left, a 2003 graduate of Fallbrook High School and 2007 graduate of the Air Force Academy, is currently serving a six-month deployment supporting troops in Afghanistan. Freaney has been awarded six air medals for his wartime deployments. He is the son of Bob and Jennifer Freaney and grandson of Art and Helen Crieger, all of Fallbrook.
