San Diego County’s Local Agency Formation Commission approved an update of the spheres of influence for eight community service districts, including the Morro Hills Community Service District.
LAFCO’s 8-0 vote August 5 reaffirmed the existing spheres of those eight districts. The sphere of the Morro Hills will remain identical to the district boundaries.
