A man who was fatally struck by a sedan early today on Highway 74 near Warren Rd. was identified by coroner's officials.
Mark Haley, 55, died at the scene of the fatal incident that was reported at 1:12 a.m. and happened about 700 feet west of Warren Road, according to coroner's officials.
Haley's city of residence was not disclosed....
