Two people injured in two-vehicle crash in Aguanga

AGUANGA - Two people were injured, one of them seriously, in a two- vehicle crash in Aguanga this afternoon, a county fire department spokeswoman said.

The crash was reported about 1:30 p.m. at Highway 371 and Lake Riverside Drive. One of the victims had to be cut out of a crumpled vehicle and was airlifted to an area hospital with major injuries, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.

The other patient was transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries, she said....
