BWC meeting features scarves and tostadas

BONSALL – The next monthly meeting of the Bonsall Woman’s Club (BWC) will take place on Oct. 5, starting at 10 a.m., in the banquet room of San Luis Rey Downs, Bonsall. The program will feature Pat Longwell of Simply Scarves. She will demonstrate innovative ways to wear scarves, a great accessory for any occasion.
