10,000 years of the archaeological history of San Diego

FALLBROOK – On Thursday, Oct. 3 at 6 p.m., the Fallbrook Library, located at 124 S. Mission Road, will host a free lecture on the archaeological history of San Diego. The presenter is Cindy Stankowski, director of the San Diego Archaeological Center near Escondido.

Stankowski received a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in anthropology from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in museum studies from San Francisco State University. She has been with the San Diego Archaeological Center since 1996, leading the effort to preserve the area’s archaeological legacy.
