Yoga as a tool for youth

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Women’s Connection will hold a brunch event at the Grand Tradition on Oct. 18, for women of all ages in the Fallbrook area. The program features Sandra Buckingham, who will talk about the benefits of yoga in the strengthening of minds, bodies and spirit and demonstrate some of the simple moves of yoga. The event is from 10 am to noon.

The program also includes guest speaker Carrie Payne, a traffic supervisor, who will share her story and show the way to “Becoming a Masterpiece.”
