MWD approves Meadowood annexation terms and conditions

The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California approved formal terms and conditions for the annexation of the Meadowood development area into MWD.

The MWD board’s Sept. 10 approval also approved the levying of a standby charge for the Meadowood area, contingent upon completion of the annexation, of $11.51 per acre or $11.51 for a parcel less than an acre.
