Fire Breaks out Near Lake Elsinore

GOOD HOPE - A wind-driven brush fire broke out late this afternoon near an outdoor shooting range in the community of Good Hope, quickly spreading to 10 acres but not posing an immediate threat to homes in the area.

The ''Rosa'' blaze was reported around 4:50 p.m. in the vicinity of Christmas Tree Lane and Santa Rosa Mine Road, just north of Lake Elsinore, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
