CWA updates IRWM plan, allocates Prop. 84 funding

The San Diego County Water Authority adopted its 2013 Integrated Regional Water Management plan, and the same unanimous board vote September 26 authorized the SDCWA’s general manager to enter into contracts to distribute $7.9 million from a Proposition 84 Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) grant including $436,500 for a nutrient management project for the Santa Margarita River watershed.
