Leone D'Arcangelo of Fresco Grill named "Top Chef" 2013

Eleven chefs from Southern California were vying for two awards at the 6th Annual So-Cal Chef Open: “The Judge’s Pinnacle Award” and “Top Chef – People’s Choice Award.”

Leone D’Arcangelo proprietor of Fresco Grill & Wine Bar in Bonsall’s River Village, was honored with the “Top Chef – People’s Choice Award” for 2013.

The event was held in the Grand Ballroom at the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula. About 600 “tasters” attended the event and the majority of those tasters cast their votes for Chef Leone.
