Annual Health & Fitness Fair on Nov. 16

The Fallbrook Healthcare District (FHD) has announced its annual Fallbrook Health & Fitness Fair will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and carry the theme “Beee Healthy!” It will be held at La Paloma Elementary School, 300 Heald Lane, in Fallbrook.

According to FHD administrator Vi Dupre, the fair will once again offer local residents a chance to have free health screenings and learn more about healthy living for all ages in every stage of life.
