No forfeit of Fallbrook-Arlington game

The scheduled Sept. 13 football game between Fallbrook High School and Arlington High School in Riverside will not be declared a forfeit.

A decision between the commissioners of the CIF San Diego Section and the CIF Southern Section was reached Oct. 18. Although Arlington will not forfeit the game to Fallbrook, the Lions will not be allowed to schedule football games outside of the CIF Southern Section for the next five years.
