Robert G. Murphy

Robert G. Murphy was born November 5, 1922 in Gwynneville, Ind. He passed away November 14, 2013 in Fallbrook, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his childhood sweetheart and wife, Bettie Lou (2011).

He is survived by his son Larry; daughter Terri (Hladik); grandsons Brian and Kevin Murphy; granddaughter Alexis Hladik, and five great-grandchildren.

Bob was a veteran of WWII serving in a MASH unit throughout the Pacific Theater. Upon returning from war, he finished his education at Ball State University. He and Bettie then moved to Fallbrook with their young son in July of 1949.
