San Onofre students enter robotics tournament

CAMP PENDLETON – On Nov. 3, a team of 10 middle school students from San Onofre Elementary School, in the Fallbrook Union Elementary School District, competed in the First Lego League Robotics tournament held at San Dieguito Academy in Encinitas.

First Lego League is a robotics program for 9 to 16 year olds that is designed to get children excited about science and technology and teach them valuable employment and life skills.
