PALA – A Thanksgiving feast will be waiting at Choices, The Buffet for Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, Nov. 28 at Pala Casino Spa & Resort.
From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., selections will include four turkey carving stations with all the traditional Thanksgiving trimmings. But Southern California’s largest buffet will also tempt holiday palates with rack of lamb, Asian-style kurobuta ribs, chilled snow crab cluster, stuffed salmon fillet, Canadian lobster tail, char-broiled New York steaks, marinated bone-in steaks, carved Choices Tomahawk Steak, rosemary turkey breast, carved ham, holiday bread and a festive salad selection. Choices also will offer select brunch items from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Traditional pumpkin pie, with whipped topping, will lead Chef Albert Cruz’s parade of over 80 luxury desserts. The feasting can begin for just $38 per person, plus tax. Holders of Pala Privileges card get discounts. Pala Privileges membership is free at the Privileges Center in the casino.
